Network Marketing and MLM Sponsoring vs Recruiting - Part 2 | Sponsors Lead by Example

MLM and Network Marketing Sponsors lead by example

I am a sponsor, and I am sponsored. My sponsor is an incredible person that has been in the industry for around 40 years. I did not find this person by accident. I sought them out after being recruited a few times and left to figure things out on my own. This person, in a short amount of time, has spend hours coaching, training, talking, advising and encouraging me. What I have found is that I am becoming a sponsor that leads by example... just as my sponsor does with my team. This is what I always believed that network marketing was about, and I am finding that it's so much fun!

My Sponsor and mentor has earned enough money to retire, his kids to retire, and their kids to accumulate enough to retire themselves in a short amount of time; yet he takes time every day to hold training and development calls 6 days a week. He takes time of his day to do 1 on 1 coaching calls with his leaders, their leaders, their leader, and so on and on and on. This embodies the true definition of a mentor and a leader. Leading by example an helping as many coachable people as possible, achieve MLM success through duplication.

Unlike a recruiter, we sponsors do not simply hand off a set of videos, text and a list of 100 people and say good luck. Instead I have learned that we invest our own experiences into those that have chosen us to lead them. This creates new leaders that will create leaders, and so on. Thus, exemplifying the duplication that we create through proven methods. I love being a sponsor. I have developed relationships with people all over the world. I have learned of people's reasons they must succeed and I have vowed to help them attain their desires. It's more than just network marketing, it's more than products, it's more than an MLM... it's about helping people OWN THEIR LIVES!

How do you find the right MLM Sponsor?

Oh, the million dollar question (literally)! Some believe they need to find the heavy hitter, or the top income earner in a company. Some believe that they can just jump into a company and spillover will magically take them to the promised land. Some just find themselves in the right place at the right time.

I will tell you this, MLM success will depend greatly on who your sponsor is. They are the one who will give you the tools to develop the necessary skills to succeed. The right network marketing sponsor will be your mentor, your friend and always steer you in the right direction. The right sponsor will teach you to be an amazing sponsor as well!

In my time with my sponsor, I have become a sponsor in his image. Every day, developing myself. Every day developing my skills to help my team become the best. I have amazing products, great leaders, a 5 pillars company and we never sell or bother people. It's exactly the way MLM should be and was supposed to be from the beginning. People helping people!

I Need a Network Marketing Sponsor, what should I do?

Well, first... email me at

I never mention companies, I never ask for money, I never sell anything. I just want to hear from you. I will show you how I was able to go from very little MLM success to well on my way to the top. I will give you the book that changed my life - you can download it free here

Second - I can plug you into the training and get you to the next level of your own personal success story and it doesn't include you bothering people you know or spamming anyone. This is legitimate business and we build leaders.

Yes, I speak a strong game - because it is true. Ask me and find out for yourself. What do you have to lose?

Til Next Time,

Think and Grow Rich Lessons - Chapter 9: Persistence | The Journey

Think and Grow Rich Lessons from Chapter 9: PersistenceThis chapter comes at no better than time than today for me, personally. Intensity of Desire"The ease with which lack of persistence may be conquered will depend entirely upon the intensity of one's desire."
This is as true today as it was when it was written all those years ago by Mr. Hill.
When we find ourselves hitting "speed bumps" in our efforts, they can often appear as enormous mountain ranges that block our view of the final prize. That is why we must write down, and keep our "WHY" in front of us at all times as we walk through the test of persistence that gauges whether or not we can "take it." These times, early in the journey are the times that separate the weak from the successful and when the desire is so strong that we have no choice but to carry on, then we have what it takes and will pass the test.

It's a Marathon, not a Sprint Mr. Hill goes on, later in the chapter, to s…

Network Marketing and MLM Sponsoring vs Recruiting - Part 4 | Why I Chose to Be a Sponsor

Why I chose to be a Network Marketing Sponsor and Mentor
It's been a few days since I have posted on here, and with some good reason. I have been spending some quality time reaching out to my team, working with them and helping them move into their dreams.

I have also been talking with some brilliant prospects and clients that have shared their stories with me. I heard their pain when they were telling me about how they had been taken advantage of by greedy companies and sponsors, I mean recruiters with huge egos. I have heard stories of having to pay hundreds of dollars to join companies and spend even more for training and materials. That did it... I already knew I was a mentor and sponsor. Just hearing these stories brought out my true passion.

I'm just one person, and my mission is to find and help as many people that I can that have been through the bad side of MLM and Network Marketing. When I first started mentoring and sponsoring, I was a bit focused on myself. Makes sen…

Is Success in 10 Steps by Michael Dlouhy for real? | My Personal Experience

Is Success in 10 Steps by Michael Dlouhy for real? Before I just go and say, heck yeah! It's for real! Let me tell you how I found the book.

I found myself at a point in my life that I had all but given up on network marketing and mlm. I had been in and out for the better part of 15 years, and the last company I was working with exploded right when I was starting to get it figured out. I was done with it. I was over the lies, the big hype, the constant push to sign up more distributors and just plain done with the whole industry, to be honest.

This brings us to the not-so distant past. I was sitting at my desk at work, just thinking about how I could get away from the corporate life and work for myself. I didn't want another MLM. I didn't want to get into some illegal pyramid scheme or some money game ponzi scheme that would ultimately be shut down by the FTC.

I was wracking my brain. Then I thought of something, as if the idea just appeared... I needed a mentor. One that ha…
